The quote from Aristotle “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Summarizes it best, to have a truly great safety culture in an organization it takes everyone: the safety officer, management, supervisors, workers in the field, and the president.

Know your responsibilities! Share your knowledge! Hold each other accountable. All members must have a positive attitude towards safety if one person fails we all fail. When we strive to make our co-workers successful WE ALL SUCCEED!
